Stress

nono. not me. i'm not having any stress but i think my sister is. there are many ways to release stress and one yet the most horrible is to act like you are extremely happy. i mean retarded -.- she was doing add math and suddenly she started singing eyah-eyah-yeeeeeh ehhhh non stop then hahhahahahaha there goes her hysterical laugh. and then she was like hahahhahahahah i don't know how to do this question hahhhaah. wth man ? i asked her u got possessed ke ? and then again. eeeeeeeee aaaaaaaaa eyah-eyah yehhh then she called zac. zaccccc zacccccc eyah -eeee. i bet even zac couldn't tahan her. silence. i'm out of brain juice (: i can't think i have nothing to blog about. why don't you guys comment at my chatbox what you guys want me to blog about ? i will be grateful 8DDD haha

anyways, here's something to brighten's up everyone's day.

Dduk Bok-kee !

Incase you are asking Dduk Bok-kee is a sort of spicy rice dumpling dish (:

Ingredients~
* dduk (you can find it at asian markets or make the rice cakes yourself out of rice flour) shopping list
* 2 Tbsp soysauce shopping list
* 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
* 2Tbsp sesame oil shopping list
* 1 minced garlic clove shopping list
* 1 Tbsp rice wine (Sake- and make sure its not bad Sake - yes there IS good sake in the world)
* black pepper
* 1/2 lb lean beef
* Chopped vegetables (any kinds will work, I like onions, carrots, water chestnuts and green beans)
* 4 Tbsp koh-choo-jahng (Korean red pepper paste)
* 2 Tbsp oil

How to make it ~
* In a bowl combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp sesame oil and 1 Tbsp sake, a dash of black pepper and a minced galic clove.
* Marinate the sliced beef in the sauce overnight
* Cook the dduk in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes until they are soft. Then turn off the heat and leave them.
* In another bowl you will make the sauce: 1 Tbsp soysauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp Korean red pepper paste, and some black pepper.
* Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook the marinated meat.
* Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet with the beef.
* Saute the beef and vegetables until they are mostly done and then drain the dduk and add it to the pan.
* Add the spicy sauce you made to the pan as well.
* Finishing cooking the meat, dduk and vegetables.
* Put the Dduk Bok-kee onto a plate, sprinkle with some sesame seeds, get a big glass of water, and eat!
